- Support and guide crew members to maintain high performance
- Bartend and support bar operations as needed
- Maintain a high-energy, organized, and clean environment
- Ensure every guest leaves with an EPIC experience
- Strong management or leadership experience (required)
- Bartending experience (required)
- Deep passion and knowledge of motor racing (NASCAR, F1, dirt, etc.)
- Strong understanding of sim racing (highly preferred)
- Ability to lead a team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting
- Ability to stay composed and decisive under pressure
- Nights and weekend availability required
- Have experience running shifts or being a keyholder
- Have worked in entertainment, gaming, or experiential venues
- Have hands-on sim racing experience (iRacing or similar)
- Naturally take ownership and lead without being asked
