Truck Driver – Grain & Agronomy

AgState is seeking a Truck Driver to support our Grain and Agronomy operations. In this role, you'll play an important part in helping local producers succeed by safely transporting grain, fertilizer, and feed ingredients throughout our trade territory.

What You'll Do
- Safely transport grain, fertilizer, and feed ingredients to customers and company locations
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate maintenance needs with the transportation team
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, professional equipment that reflects AgState's commitment to excellence
- Provide outstanding customer service to producers and fellow team members
- Support additional locations and operations as needed
- Contribute to a safe and positive team environment
- Maintain safe operation of truck by abiding by AgState’s values and roadway laws
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with 2 years of experience and required endorsements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Ability to meet DOT physical and medical requirements
- Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing substance abuse screenings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Agricultural experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications and training as needed
