As an RBT, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism learn and thrive through individualized consultation and intervention services. **Responsibilities:** * Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children ages 2-12 with autism, focusing on behavioral goals and outcomes * Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Managers * Collect and record data on client progress, identifying areas of improvement and communicating with team members * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment, adhering to all necessary protocols and procedures * Collaborate with families to ensure a smooth transition of services and provide ongoing support * Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills **Requirements:** * Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (n/a years of experience) * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Work Environment:** As a Part-Time RBT, you will work a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our clients.
