Plumber Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Skilled at all aspects of residential plumbing
- Ensuring work orders are properly and quickly completed
- Repairing or replacing the equipment
- Assisting your team with complex orders
- Preventative maintenance
- Preparing recently vacated units for new rental
- On-call rotation for emergency situations
- Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Plumber Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in repairing and maintenance of plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, carpentry and/or HVAC
- Strong in plumbing preferred.
- HVAC certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to function independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift objects weighing 50 lbs. or more on a minimal to regular basis
- Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position
