The Family Physician is directly responsible for performing and recording patient health history, patient examination and diagnosis, recommendations of medical treatment, rendering of on-site treatment and hospitalization services as necessary.

- Graduate of an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency program.
- Board certified or Board Eligible (within the initial allowable period of time post-graduation)
- Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Illinois
- Federal DEA registration
- Basic Life Support Training
- Bilingual - Fluent in English & Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Previous experience in a community health center setting, desired.
