Do you have door shop, warehouse, or production experience, and do you enjoy hands-on work that keeps production moving? Alliance Door Products is hiring a Door Puller to support daily production by accurately and safely pulling, sizing, cutting, orienting, palletizing, and staging doors.
This role is ideal for someone who can read work orders, confidently use a tape measure, operate forklifts or reach trucks, and work with precision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with experience in door shops, construction, or material handling will be especially strong fits.

WAGE: $21.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
HOURS: Full-time Monday-Friday - 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Pull, orient, palletize, and stage doors for daily production.
- Read and follow work orders, labels, sizing charts, and production documents.
- Resize or cut doors to the correct dimensions based on work order requirements.
- Correctly hand and stage doors in designated manufacturing areas.
- Use tape measures, fractions, and basic math to complete work accurately.
- Operate forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, or related equipment after required training and sign-off.
- Troubleshoot basic issues involving size, orientation, staging, materials, or work order discrepancies.
- Inspect pulled and staged product to ensure quality and visible defect standards are met.
What We’re Looking For:
- Door shop, door pulling, production, warehouse, or construction experience preferred.
- Experience reading work orders, labels, production documents, and sizing charts preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure and work with feet, inches, and fractions required.
- Forklift and reach truck experience required; training and sign-off are needed before operation.
- Experience in resizing, cutting, staging, or palletizing doors preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain production standards while delivering consistent quality.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and move throughout the production area for 8–9 hours per day.
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Participate in team lifts up to 150 lbs and maneuver products up to 150 lbs.
- Walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and occasionally use a ladder as needed
