What You’ll Do:

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes, using play-based learning to help them grow.
• Follow a personalized plan created by your BCBA to help each child succeed.
• Track progress and take notes to help improve treatment.
• Think on your feet—every child is different, and you’ll need to adapt and problem-solve.
• Talk to families and help them understand the child’s progress.
• Join weekly check-ins with your BCBA for support and coaching.

What You Need to Apply:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) – College is a plus, but not required!
• Must be 18 or older.
• Reliable transportation to get to clients’ homes.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Active RBT Certification or willingness to get one if expired
• Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
