- Maintain deep awareness of industry developments, especially within the commercial
- roofing, siding, and gutter space.
- Actively participate in industry networking events, trade associations, and professional
- organizations to expand market presence and cultivate new commercial relationships
- Support the development of proposals and participate in client presentations,
- effectively communicating project scope and the company’s value proposition.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and
- identifying future project opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of markets and clients.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Strong business sense and industry knowledge.
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel locally and within AOCG market areas - up to 10%
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of new business development experience, preferably in construction or building materials.
- Thorough knowledge of roofing, siding and gutters.
- Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
