What the Role Looks Like
As our Dental Assistant, you will partner closely with Dr. Lemon to deliver gentle, high-quality general and specialized care (including endodontics, oral surgery, and restorative procedures).
- Chair-Side Excellence: Provide compassionate, seamless chair-side assistance to keep our patients relaxed and comfortable.
- Infection Control: Utilize aseptic techniques to prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments, upholding the highest standards of safety and hygiene protocols.
- Patient AdvocacySupport: Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records and documentation while adhering strictly to HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborative Spirit: Step in to help your team members as needed, keeping our 4-op practice running smoothly and efficiently.
Who We Are Looking For
- Credentials: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) registration with the Washington State Department of Health and a current healthcare provider CPR/BLS certification are required. (Note: Experience is preferred, but newly licensed graduates are highly encouraged to apply!)
