- Collaborate with our team to ensure every customer feels welcomed, supported, and informed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, genuine, and optimistic personality with a passion for community involvement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License required; Life License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous insurance sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-time position with hourly or base plus commission pay structure.
