Position Overview
- Schedule – Monday through Friday from 7am – 4pm PT- Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
- On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at our corporate office during office hours.
- Compensation Package–
- $140,000 – $170,000/_Year*
- The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based upon a candidate's experience and the geographical location of this position.

What We're Looking For
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of Eight years construction industry experience.
- Minimum of Six years construction estimating experience.
- Ability to manage multiple project estimates and deliverables for large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality projects (300+ units).
- Thorough understanding of industry practices, estimating procedures, and the local construction market.
- Proficient in construction and estimating techniques and software
- Proven track record of successfully working with operations teams, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
- Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
- Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Your Role
- Manage design, bid, and project documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, and addenda.
- Set up projects in estimating/bidding platforms and maintain bidder and vendor information.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and trade partners to ensure bid coverage and clarify scopes.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bid Leveling Sheets to evaluate scope, pricing, and specifications.
- Assist with schematic, DD, CD, GMP, and final construction budgets using market and historical data.
- Analyze plans and specifications, write bid scopes, and support value engineering and competitive bidding.
- Support contract negotiations, bidder feedback, and project handoff to Operations.
- Participate in site visits and project coordination meetings to support quality and estimating accuracy.
- Build strong subcontractor/vendor relationships and support team coaching and mentorship.
