About the Role
The Senior Order Management Business Analyst plays a key role in improving how Analog Devices supports customers and distribution partners through scalable, effective business processes. This role works with a high degree of independence to analyze, improve, and help operationalize Order Management processes across SAP and related business systems. Partnering closely with Customer Operations, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders, this person will lead process analysis, support solution design and testing, develop meaningful operational insights, and help drive adoption of improved ways of working. Success in this role requires strong analytical judgment, practical problem solving, and the ability to work effectively across teams to translate business needs into operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Leadership : Lead analysis and documentation of Order Management and related Sales Operations processes, with a focus on SAP and connected upstream and downstream workflows
- Improvement Initiatives : Identify process, system, and workflow improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and user experience
- Business Requirements : Partner with business stakeholders and IT to define requirements, review solution designs, and ensure business needs are clearly represented throughout delivery
- Testing and Deployment Support : Lead or support testing efforts, issue resolution, user acceptance activities, and rollout planning for process and system changes
- Cross-Functional Partnership : Collaborate with Customer Operations, Planning, Scheduling, Pricing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and IT teams to align processes across connected functions
- Operational Problem Solving : Assess recurring issues raised by global teams, identify root causes, and help drive sustainable process fixes
- Metrics and Insights : Develop, monitor, and interpret process metrics to evaluate effectiveness, identify gaps, and inform improvement priorities
- Documentation and Enablement : Create and maintain process documentation, job aids, training materials, and other resources that support adoption and consistency
- Project Contribution : Independently manage portions of process improvement efforts, drive follow-through on assigned workstreams, and communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stakeholder Influence : Provide clear recommendations based on data, process findings, and business context to help leaders and partners make informed decisions
Must Have Skills
- Process Analysis : Strong experience analyzing business processes, documenting current and future-state workflows, and identifying practical improvement opportunities
- SAP Order Management : Experience working with SAP in an order management, customer operations, or related operational environment
- Requirements and Solution Support : Ability to gather business needs, define requirements, and work effectively with IT teams through design, testing, and rollout
- Data and Metrics : Experience using operational data and process metrics to identify issues, evaluate opportunities, and support decision-making
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively across functions and with global teams
- Documentation and Change Enablement : Experience creating clear process documentation, training content, and support materials for end users
- Independent Execution : Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and work with limited direction on complex assignments
- Continuous Improvement Mindset : Demonstrated ability to identify gaps, solve problems, and help implement improvements in operational environments
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of related experience
- 5+ years of experience in process analysis, sales operations, customer operations, business operations, or a related function
- Experience working across connected enterprise processes involving Planning, Scheduling, Pricing, Supply Chain, CRM, or similar business systems
- Experience supporting or leading process improvement, testing, rollout, or change adoption initiatives
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, or related productivity and analytics tools
- Experience with process mapping, project tracking, or workflow documentation tools

Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $86,400 to $118,800.
