The AI Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the firm's growing AI Operations function, working closely with the Senior Manager, AI Operations to help execute and advance the AI Operations portfolio. Responsibilities include coordinating team meetings and follow-up actions; maintaining project plans, trackers, and reporting tools; coordinating cross-functional workstreams; drafting routine communications and updates for stakeholders; helping identify training, documentation, and escalation needs across AI adoption and enablement initiatives; and conducting research, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making and support the successful delivery of AI initiatives across the firm.
A successful AI Operations Analyst will have practical fluency with AI tools, strong operational judgment, and an ability to synthesize unstructured inputs into clear recommendations and next steps. The role requires discretion with sensitive materials, comfort working across administrative teams and consulting practices, and flexibility as the function evolves.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager, AI Operations in coordinating the AI Operations portfolio, including workstreams, meetings, communications, training inputs, and cross-functional follow-up across the firm.
- Maintain project trackers, workstream plans, action-item and decision logs, blocker and escalation trackers, stakeholder lists, and recurring status summaries.
- Track progress across AI Operations initiatives, including core workflow capabilities, tool evaluation, governance-related follow-up, and other emerging AI priorities.
- Attend and support team meetings, including preparing agendas or input items, collecting pre-reads, capturing decisions, maintaining action logs, and tracking next steps.
- Synthesize stakeholder input, recurring questions, tool feedback, and adoption signals to identify patterns, training or content needs, barriers to adoption, and escalation items.
- Respond to incoming requests from consultants and administrative colleagues seeking AI-related support, guidance, resources, or escalation to the appropriate team member.
- Help collect, organize, and maintain information related to AI use cases, tool functionality, user feedback, training needs, and adoption efforts.
- Partner with the Senior Manager, AI Operations to prioritize topics for Learning & Development, including preparing concise briefs on audience needs, workflow context, urgency, and sensitivity or governance considerations.
- Draft and edit routine AI Operations communications and maintain internal knowledge resources, including status updates, meeting recaps, FAQs, resource updates, intranet pages, guidance documents, and use-case or example libraries.
- Assist with tool and workflow testing, documentation, and feedback tracking; handle sensitive AI Operations materials with discretion; and collaborate with consulting and administrative teams on special projects and evolving priorities.
- Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support AI Operations priorities, using critical thinking to synthesize information from multiple sources, identify trends and emerging issues, evaluate options and tradeoffs, develop recommendations, and prepare concise summaries and insights for stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- An ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, technology enablement, change management, knowledge management, or a related area. Experience in consulting or professional services strongly preferred.
- High level of fluency with generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Harvey, custom GPTs, or other AI tools, and demonstrated interest in AI, emerging technology, workflow automation, or digital transformation strongly preferred; experience with agentic generative AI tools, such as Claude Code or Codex, is a plus.
- Experience supporting adoption initiatives, technology rollouts, communities of practice, consultant-facing programs, or knowledge-sharing efforts also preferred.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track details, maintain current information, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear internal communications, meeting summaries, status updates, recommendations, and content-needs briefs.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with metrics, trackers, use-case repositories, operational reporting, and related data inputs.
- Ability to apply critical thinking, ask thoughtful questions, listen for patterns, and synthesize complex or unstructured information into clear summaries, action items, reporting outputs, and practical operational recommendations.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive internal data and participating in stakeholder discussions.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including across consulting practices and administrative departments.
- Strong attention to detail; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; flexibility in an evolving function, and a proactive, inclusive, growth-oriented approach.

Analysis Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000–$100,000. Compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level.
