About the Role:
We're seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Manager/Director of Nursing for a Home Health Agency (Anchor) providing skilled services. This is a foundational leadership role overseeing clinical operations as we move through state licensure and launch.
What You'll Do:
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight of field nursing staff
- Ensure clinical compliance with DHE regulations
- Support the agency through the state licensing survey process
- Coordinate patient care standards and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the Administrator on agency operations and quality standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Home Health Clinical Manager or Director of Nursing experience
- Strong clinical supervision and field staff oversight experience
- In-depth knowledge of Texas nursing and HHA licensing regulations
- Strong communication and care coordination skills
