Our team of Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers children and their families to reach meaningful milestones.
We're growing and looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

About the Role
As a Home Health SLP, you'll provide evaluations and ongoing speech-language therapy in clients' homes and community settings throughout Tucson and the Greater Phoenix area. You'll enjoy the flexibility of independent practice while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Role Overview:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and feeding disorders
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address areas of need using evidenced-based approaches and individualized therapeutic strategies
- Closely monitor and document progress, adjusting intervention as necessary to support optimal outcomes
- Engage parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing education and resources to support the client's progress and development
- Collaborate with a team of professionals, including occupational and physical therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
- Complete succinct documentation of services in a timely manner
- Provide high-quality mentorship and supervision of students and assistants, as needed
Requirements:
- Master's degree in speech-language pathology or equivalent from an accredited college or university
- Active speech-language pathologist license through Arizona Department of Health Services
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current CPR card
- Article 9 Certificate
- Current Professional Liability Insurance
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Experience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilities
- Passion for continuous learning and development of professional skills and knowledge
- Positive and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred, but not required
- Bilingualism is a plus!
Working Conditions:
This position requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. In addition, this position may include working closely with clients who have mental, physical, and/or behavioral diagnoses and may be verbally or physically combative.
