We are looking for an amazing, dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant to join our Chula Vista Adult Day Program. In this role you’ll support daily operations by assisting the Program Administrator and Case Manager(s). You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, help keep the office running smoothly, and ensure accurate documentation that supports essential services.
Location: Chula Vista
Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65.
Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:30-4.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer multiline phones and greet visitors with professionalism.
- Provide administrative support: scheduling, filing, meeting prep, mail processing, and data entry.
- Support program needs: attendance tracking (Therap), client payroll reconciliation, billing, reporting, and quality assurance audits.
- Monitor training compliance and manage Compass Card orders.
- Communicate effectively with staff, families, and external partners.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
- Professional, dependable, and collaborative.
- Culturally aware and responsive when interacting with diverse groups.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of administrative or customer service experience.
- Ability to use office equipment and computer systems confidently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform required physical tasks.
- You’re bilingual English/Spanish.
- You have experience with SDRC processes or electronic case management systems (e.g., Therap).
- You enjoy contributing to a mission driven environment and helping teams stay organized
