HVAC Technician / Field Service Technician
This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining Arctic Glacier’s ice box merchandisers at customer locations.
Salary - $24.00 - $26.00/ hour DOE
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for performing semi-annual preventative maintenance on all ice merchandisers.
- Services calls and repairs on in-store merchandisers; using company vehicle.
- Refurbishes all merchandisers coming in from the field.
- Repairs and maintains special event trailers.
- Creates positive customer relationships with clients.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Must possess and maintain minimum of level 1 EPA certification; HVAC license highly preferred.
- 2+ years' experience working in a similar role with refrigeration equipment.
- Ability to hold a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work with power tools.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Capacity to problem solve while addressing safety hazards.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
