What You'll Be Doing
Your typical day includes running 2–3 quality service calls per day where you'll:
- Diagnose heating, cooling, and air quality issues in the field
- Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on existing equipment
- Design comfort solutions that fit the home and budget
- Recommend additional upgrades when appropriate based on your diagnostic findings
- Present proposals and close sales opportunities on-site
- Size equipment accurately to match home requirements and load calculations

- At least 1 year in HVAC residential service
- At least 2 years of general sales experience
- Proven experience selling HVAC systems and closing deals
- Proven experience sizing equipment and performing load calculations
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Valid Washington Driver's License with a clean driving record
