Marketing Coordinator
ASD|SKY is seeking a creative, organized, and collaborative marketing professional with a passion for design. This role supports business development efforts by creating compelling marketing materials that communicate our brand, expertise, and project experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, team player who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Produce compelling content in response to request for proposals, interview decks, and other marketing credentials and collateral.
Marketing Maintenance: Maintain and update existing marketing materials and templates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing team, company leadership, and external consultants to ensure brand consistency.
Additional Responsibilities May Include:
Communication Support: Generate copy for social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing external and internal events, including managing logistics and vendor relationships.
Ideal candidates:
Are organized, detail oriented, and communicative
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
Have experience creating engaging written and visual content.
Passion for learning and experimenting.
Excellent communicator and creative thinker.
Takes initiative.
Have graphic sensitivity and/or design background.
Bring new ideas for design and content creation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or advertising.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong copyediting and proofreading abilities
Highly creative, process driven individual.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including but not limited to, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator)
The Marketing Coordinator role will work with marketing teammates, senior management, designers, and other project stakeholders to develop content. This individual will report to SVP of Business Development.
