RBTs are supported and are always able to speak with their supervisors with concerns or questions.

Working for Aspen ABA, you will be a valued member of a growing team that will see you, hear you, and support you in your role. We use a naturalistic-based approach to ABA with high quality services that are customized to our learners and the environments in which the services are most needed.
Hourly Wages:
- $21-28/hour
- Bonuses available
Qualifications and Skills:
- RBT Certification (required)
- High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
- Ability to constantly get up/down off floor, move quickly
- Comfortable learning our data collection software
- Desire to learn and work independently at times
- Interested in working daytime hours: shifts range anytime between the hours of 8am-7pm
- Willingness to undergo a background check
Duties of the RBT:
- Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.
- Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
- Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
- Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
- Reliably attends scheduled sessions
- Participate in ongoing trainings
Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
