Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers throughout Central Indiana serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.
Position Summary
Strategic Leadership: Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to cultivate innovative care delivery models to promote Aspire’s whole-person bio-psycho-social integrated strategy.- Operational Excellence: Oversee all outpatient care operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, productivity, and financial stewardship. Includes oversight of primary care, psychiatry, behavioral health, addiction medicine, pharmacy, specialty services.
- Innovation & Growth: Develop new outpatient service lines in response to community needs and strategic organizational goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Model cross-disciplinary collaboration, ensuring communication across mental health, physical health, and social support services.
Education/Experience/Licensure
- Education: MD/DO degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of clinical experience, with leadership experience in leading programmatic integration of physical and behavioral health. Experience in a community health setting is highly preferred.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Indiana or ability to obtain one prior to start date
