Position Overview
As a Receptionist / Office Assistant at Avail Solar, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly. This role focuses on front-desk support, basic administrative tasks, and assisting the team with general office needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming front-office experience
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Perform basic data entry in QuickBooks and internal systems
- Assist with invoicing and document organization
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and shared spaces
- Assist with filing, scanning, and general clerical tasks
- Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed
