Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our facilities maintenance team, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely. Your leadership will help uphold our resort’s reputation for quality and guest satisfaction by managing maintenance repair procedures, supervising technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance operations and staff
- Coordinate seasonal and preventative maintenance
- Multi-trade experience preferred (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- 2+ years of maintenance experience required
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties
