LOCATION: 1 Arctic Avenue Folly Beach, SC
SALARY: $60,000 - 65,000 / per year (with annual bonus opportunities)

What You'll Do:
- Lead and support front-of-house operations during each shift.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to provide outstanding guest service.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Ensure food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and sanitation are maintained.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, labor management, and daily administrative tasks.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
- Help drive sales, productivity, and overall restaurant performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent guest service and team-building abilities.
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
