- Lead discovery and requirements analysis sessions with business stakeholders; translate needs into scalable technical specifications.
- Evaluate third-party AppExchange solutions and advise on build-vs-buy decisions.
- Manage technical debt, governor limit health, and platform security posture including profiles, permission sets, and data sharing rules.

- Advise on Salesforce roadmap alignment in partnership with the VP, Enterprise Applications and Commercial leadership.
- Partner with the Data Architect on Salesforce data governance, master data strategy, and alignment with Axiom's enterprise data model.
- Contribute to cross-platform architecture decisions in coordination with the VP, Enterprise Applications and peer platform leads.
About you:
- 7+ years of Salesforce engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a lead, architect, or senior individual contributor role.
- Expert-level Apex: asynchronous patterns (Batch, Queueable, Future), SOQL optimization, and governor limit management.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II required; Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent credential strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience designing and governing Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems (Workday, Boomi, or comparable middleware).
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing architecture, and data access patterns.
