Summary: Provides business office and clerical assistance by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Organize and examine required documentation, verifying accuracy and completeness of loan files.
- Ensure liens are perfected in a timely manner.
- Follow up with additional documentation, i.e. insurance and UCC's.
- Load and edit all loans and customer information.
- Review and process loan payments and loan advances.
- Assists customers and answer questions concerning loan information and transactions.
- Balance GL accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years related experience and/or training.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, and individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
