- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of deposit products, commercial lending, or financial services is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
