Bell Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced Residential Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example in the field, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: $30/hr+ (depends on experience!)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to completion
• Ensure all systems are installed to company standards, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications
• Properly connect HVAC components including electrical, gas, refrigerant lines, and venting systems
• Oversee jobsite quality, efficiency, and safety compliance
• Provide excellent customer service and address homeowner questions during installations
• Maintain responsibility for company vehicle, tools, parts, and inventory
• Accurately document job details and completion reports
• Follow all local codes, regulations, and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members while also leading installation efforts
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on every job

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Strong leadership ability and experience guiding installation crews
• Solid technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of jobs
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Dependable, safety-focused, and professional work ethic
• Ability to adapt to changing jobsite conditions and priorities
