About this position: Mid Analyst in Quantico, VA

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in working groups supporting analysis, metrics, and requirements development

• Develop test architectures, test procedures, test briefs

• Contribute to Data Management and Collection Plans and analysis reports

• On-site data collection, reduction, and analysis

• Review all test reports from internal and external agencies and identify trends, deficiencies, and improvements

• Support the development of daily test and status reports

• Identify T&E associated risks and provide input for risk resolution/mitigation

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or applicable work experience)

• Level of Experience Requirements: At least five years’ experience with Ground Based Air Defense Systems

• Must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and MS Project

• Must have previous direct experience testing, evaluating, and operating and/or maintaining aviation or ground command and control (C2), weapons, or information exchange systems

• This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. CONUS Travel for this effort is estimated to be 30% of total support annually

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.

DOT Covered/Safety-Sensitive Role Requirements

• This position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation “safety-sensitive” functions.

Additional Qualifying Factors

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
