- Competitive pay: $53–$58/hr DOE (based on experience & licensure – LPN/RN/BSN)
- $15,000 sign-on bonus (paid quarterly over 12 months)

- New MDS Coordinators will be supported onsite for the first 6–12 months
- Experienced MDS Coordinators may be eligible for flexible scheduling sooner
- MDS experience required
- Active LPN or RN license (BSN preferred)
- Strong understanding of CMS regulations and reimbursement processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications:
Currently licensed in this state.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
One year of MDS experience preferred.
