Manufactured Home Park Assistant Community Manager Wanted in the Sacramento Area!
Join our Team of Property Management Professionals in an exciting field!
We are a company specializing in the management of Mobile Home and RV Communities and we are growing quickly as we are acquiring many new properties requiring professional management. We currently have a RV/Manufactured Home park Assistant Community Manager position available in Fulton, TX. Applicants should show initiative, be self-motivated, reliable, responsible, communicate well, and able to multi-task. Applicants that have experience in property management, or mobile home park or apartment operations is helpful but not required. Having knowledge of basic office computer platforms and software is mandatory, experience with Rent Manager is a strong plus.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests/concierge: provide information to the public by phone, online, and in-person about the facilities, pricing, reservations, programs, and other services. Treat our customers and guests with respect - Be kind, courteous, and knowledgeable.
- Answering phones
- Primary leasing agent to fill RV/manufactured home spaces
- Prospect processing
- Executing signings of rental agreements
- Working with Rent Manager management software
- Collecting and depositing rent payments via check scanner
- Moving residents in and out
- Basic accounting and balancing
- Servicing the residents of the community as your customers
- Working using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word & Excel, Management Software, email, scanners, fax, and other basic office tools
- Miscellaneous office administrative work, etc
Requirements:
- Must have reliable registered transportation.
- Must have valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Position is full-time with business hours being primarily Monday through Friday with some weekend availability needed.
