Senior Software Engineer
Why This is an Exciting Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will be responsible to:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects
- Facilitate alignment and clarity on goals, outcomes, and timelines
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
- Work closely with the Chief Engineer to define feature specifications and build products
- Conduct design and code reviews.
- Work on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently without guidance.
- Identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase, product area, or systems.

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 14+ years of experience
- Four years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
Required Qualifications:
- An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Experience assisting with development & execution of test procedures for software components
- Experience with generating & reviewing software/technical documentation
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Experience with the following software development skills:
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with:
Telework/Remote Availability:
Hybrid work authorized, up to 16 hours per week, depending on team and workload

Summary Pay Range:

$175,000 - $210,000
