That growth has led us to expand to different markets and we are in need of a Senior Tax Manager to be at the center of our business needs in the Long Beach, CA office. What you will do: The Core Tax Services Senior Manager is responsible for advising clients on the tax implications of their business objectives, evaluating, and selecting alternative actions to lessen tax burden and cost of compliance, identifying different methods of complying with tax regulations while acting as the primary client contact for complex tax issues. In this role, Core Tax Services Senior Manager is charged with applying knowledge to understand potential tax issues and recognizing and communicating potential risks and potential changes in the tax policy. In addition, the Core Tax Services Senior Manager will be involved in the marketing, networking, and business development within an area of expertise and specialization and may be asked to provide written tax advice to clients.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.

Experience with Adobe Acrobat preferred.

Experience with tax research databases and tax compliance process software preferred

Compensation Information: Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
