What You'll Do
You will support the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of a global compliance risk program within its Compliance function. This is a newly created role focused on establishing and governing scalable processes, frameworks, and standards to enhance consistency and oversight across a complex, global operating environment.
This role combines strategic program development with hands-on execution. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in shaping and managing global processes, including policy development, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, this individual will bring structure to ambiguity, drive change across a matrixed organization, and partner closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, and business teams.
The position requires strong program and project management capabilities, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Development
- Support the growth and evolution of BCGs global commercial advisory compliance program, establishing scalable frameworks and standards aligned with organizational priorities
- Identify gaps in existing processes and develop structured, practical solutions to enhance effectiveness and consistency
- Drive continuous improvement of program components to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose in a dynamic environment
Governance, Policy & Process Management
- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of policies, standards, and playbooks supporting global compliance processes
- Design and document end-to-end processes, ensuring clarity, usability, and alignment across regions and teams
- Establish governance structures and oversight mechanisms to support effective program execution
- Ensure processes are scalable, well-controlled, and aligned with internal policies and external expectations
Program Implementation & Execution
- Drive the implementation of new processes and frameworks across the organization, ensuring smooth integration into existing workflows
- Develop tools, templates, and supporting materials to enable consistent execution
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of processes, identifying opportunities for refinement and enhancement
- Balance strategic objectives with hands-on execution to deliver tangible outcomes
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Partner closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, and business functions to align on priorities and drive execution
- Act as a trusted advisor on compliance risk and process-related matters
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive audiences, to support decision-making and adoption
- Translate complex or technical concepts into clear, concise, and actionable communications
Change Management
- Lead change management efforts associated with new and evolving processes, ensuring effective adoption across a global organization
- Develop and execute communication strategies to socialize changes and build stakeholder buy-in
- Support training and enablement initiatives to embed new ways of working
- Navigate organizational complexity and resistance, adapting approaches as needed
Project & Program Management
- Manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Establish and track project plans, milestones, and dependencies across initiatives
- Bring structure and discipline to ambiguous problem spaces, driving clarity and progress
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
What You'll Bring
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing processes, programs, or governance frameworks in complex organizations
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in global, matrixed environments
- Experience operating in roles requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Professional services or similarly dynamic environment experience preferred
Skills
- Exceptional program and project management capabilities with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior and executive audiences

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $141,000-$164,500.
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 20% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
