We are looking for leaders who want to help bring new technology into institutions that impact millions of people.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Operations Lead to build and run the systems that power our internal and go-to-market operations to keep the company moving fast. You’ll start hands-on building the foundation, but the role is designed to expand and evolve: the exact scope will shift as the company grows.
You’ll move fluidly between designing how something should work and standing it up yourself. You should be senior enough to run things independently, spot what’s missing before being asked, and operate to a high standard without hand-holding, and be comfortable with a remit that changes as our needs do.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll build the systems that support our company’s most important operations, from how the company runs day to day to how we go to market. The areas below are representative rather than fixed; expect the mix to shift as the company grows and as more of this work becomes automated.
Own the businesses internal operations, areas like procurement, onboarding, and vendor management, and the processes that hold them together.
Build and improve the systems behind our go-to-market, partnering with engineering to make how we sell faster, more consistent, and increasingly automated.
Set up systems for smoother deal processes, working cross-functionally with privacy, legal, sales, product, and engineering to help us manage deal volume at scale.
Partner with finance and engineering to build the systems and reporting that tie our go-to-market — pipeline, deals, revenue — to how we plan and forecast the business.
Replace ad-hoc workarounds with durable, lightweight systems that hold up as the team grows, building the operational plumbing that’s currently informal or missing.
Identify opportunities to build or improve systems before they become bottlenecks, and think in terms of the infrastructure the company will need as it scales.
Make company and team goals legible, and support how we focus our efforts — so the team knows what matters and where to spend its energy.
What We’re Looking For
This role is defined more by judgment, ownership, and trajectory than by a specific resume. That said, strong candidates will likely bring:
10-12+ years in Business and/or GTM operations, revenue operations, BizOps, or strategy and operations, with experience building foundations, operating independently, and holding a high standard.
An understanding how a go-to-market motion runs including pipeline, enablement, deal flow, with past experience building the systems and infrastructure that make it faster and more consistent.
Ability to design and build processes, with a clear sense of how a company should operate as it scales.
Ability to work across internal ops, GTM, product, and engineering, and add value quickly without deep domain ramp-up.
Ability to design how something should work while also diving into the weeds to stand up the system itself. Low ego, high standards, bias for action.
Comfort with ambiguity and experience in how to go from 0 to 1 effectively. They bring structure to undefined problems and building from nothing without waiting for a playbook.
Analytically fluency. They are at home with metrics, systems, and data; able to distill complexity into clarity and build processes others can follow.
Nice to Have
MBA or equivalent experience.
Experience scaling a high-growth startup.
Experience with B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue GTM motions.
A track record of building systems and working with executive leadership teams.
Technical or AI experience, comfort building with, or alongside, AI tools and engineering teams.
