This position can be on-site at our Manchester office, hybrid or fully remote.
BrettonTrova is seeking an entrepreneurial Territory Healthcare Recruiter to own and grow an established geographic territory. This full-desk role combines candidate recruitment, client relationship management, and business development. You’ll inherit an active client base with ongoing hiring needs while having the autonomy and responsibility to expand existing partnerships, develop new business, and drive territory growth.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Recruitment & Pipeline Development
· Source healthcare professionals through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
· Screen, qualify, and match candidates to client opportunities.
· Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through placement and onboarding.
· Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory.
Territory Ownership & Business Development
· Own the growth and performance of an assigned healthcare recruitment territory.
· Expand existing client partnerships by identifying additional hiring needs and workforce challenges.
· Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
· Conduct client meetings, hiring strategy discussions, and regular business reviews.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective healthcare clients.
· Partner with hiring leaders to deliver workforce solutions that support their organizational goals.
· Monitor market activity, hiring trends, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
· Contribute directly to territory revenue growth, client retention, and placement success.
Relationship Management
· Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and potential client hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
· Maintain accurate records and activity within the CRM and ATS.
· Collaborate with leadership and teammates to maximize territory performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
· Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or healthcare preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
· Comfortable making outbound calls and developing relationships through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person interactions.
· Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Demonstrated ability to build relationships, create opportunities, and influence outcomes.
