We are seeking a Weekend Shift Production Associate to become an integral part of our team! The Production Associate produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies to final packed product. You will perform production tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. The schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7AM - 7PM.
Full-time employees are eligible for a weekly attendance bonus! Eligible employees can receive an additional $1 per hour, for every hour worked, in addition to their hourly wages for working their scheduled shift.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team to assemble entire products or components.
- Rotate through tasks for specific production processes.
- Processes parts and subassemblies in accordance with QMS.
- Conduct quality inspections on products and parts.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Documents actions by completing production and quality forms as needed.
- Prepare finished products for shipment.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals and objectives as needed.
- May be required to perform another task assigned by the supervisor or coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment preferred

Must be able to:
- Work well in teams
- Work the Weekend shift, Friday – Sunday 7am to 7pm.
- Follow safety rules
- Stand for extended periods of time and walking on concrete surfaces.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle physical workload.
- Lift continuously up to 25 pounds.
- Have manual dexterity and coordination to perform continuous hand movements including simple and power grasping,
- Be flexible to rotate to different task/operation within the facility as needed.
- Work in non-climate-controlled areas. We manufacture dry chemical and have the potential to have an intermittent dusty environment.
- Follow Company Rules, Policies and Procedures
- Follow directions from the Managers and Supervisors.
