What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of Pest Management Professionals and Business Development Representatives.
- Drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
- Oversee branch operations, ensuring quality service and efficiency.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Support sales efforts and achieve sales targets.
- Manage branch budget and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage team performance.
- Optimize routing and scheduling.
- Monitor service quality and customer feedback.
- Control expenses and maximize profitability.

What You Bring:
- 5+ years of sales or branch management experience (preferably in pest control or home services).
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.

- Financial management skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Bonus Points:
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., CM, state licensing).
- Experience with EOS.
