Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the restaurant when the General Manager is unavailable and plays a key role in supporting food quality, team development, operational excellence, and community engagement.

What You’ll Do
- Support daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality, hospitality, and team performance
- Lead the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence
- Coach, train, and develop Shift Leads and Crew Members
- Help drive sales, labor, food cost, and operational results
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and shift execution
- Support local marketing initiatives, community events, and restaurant growth
- Build a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality, food quality, and team development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience coaching and developing others
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
