This full-time position involves managing schedules, budgets and coordination while ensuring quality and timely completion. What you’ll do- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with teams to ensure milestones are met on time.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and subcontractor agreements to support project success.
- Conduct regular site walks to monitor schedules, coordination and quality throughout the project.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on schedules and costs.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external personnel, providing effective project updates and fostering strong relationships.
- Manage contracts and relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Utilize project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid/Change Order) for efficient project oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or related field) or strong electrical field experience
- Minimum of 3 years of project experience in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, design coordination and electrical systems
- Knowledge of electrical equipment, materials and specifications
- Ability to visualize and sketch an electrical layout
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
