Minimal Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Human Resources experience, including five (5) years in a healthcare setting.
- 5-7 years of management experience required
Certification
- PHR/SPHR or
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $127,000.00 per year
