Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is a nationally recognized and award-winning public healthcare system. The Harvard-affiliated CHA Department of Psychiatry is recognized as a leader in patient care, teaching and research. As a leader in behavioral health, CHA's psychiatry teams provide compassionate care to our diverse patient population. CHA consists of an established network of ambulatory clinics, an urgent care site, and two full service hospitals based in Cambridge-Somerville, and Boston's metro-north communities
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Current MA licensure as an Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker(LICSW)
- Education/Training: Masters degree Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
- A minimum of 1 year post degree experience, or equivalent, in a fast-paced clinical environment; along with basic computer skills in electronic or online systems for communication, clinical, and administrative tasks. Preferred in an outpatient setting.
- Clinical experience working with children and families and familiarity with child systems.
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Competitive salary and benefits Supervision towards licensing as an LICSW if needed.
