About the job you’re considering:
The Delivery Manager is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of a greenfield Syndigo Master Data Management (MDM) program, including Data Governance and Organizational Change Management (OCM). The role ensures disciplined execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and sustainable business adoption across master data domains such as Customer, Vendor, Item, and Location.
Your role :
- Own end-to-end delivery for Syndigo MDM, Data Governance, and OCM, covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, and governance.
- Lead greenfield implementation from foundation setup through deployment and stabilization.
- Ensure alignment between MDM implementation and enterprise data governance framework, roles, and processes.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional workstreams including MDM, integration, data quality, governance, and OCM.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for business sponsors, data owners, and steering committees.
- Oversee change management activities including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking.
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, data readiness issues, and interdependencies.
- Manage system integrators, vendors, and internal teams to meet delivery and contractual commitments.
- Enforce delivery standards, design governance, milestone reviews, and release readiness criteria.
- Lead transition to steady-state operations including support handover and operating model readiness.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise program or delivery management.
- Proven delivery experience in MDM and Data Governance programs (Syndigo, Riversand, or similar platforms preferred).
- Strong understanding of master data domains: Customer, Vendor, Item, and Location.
- Experience leading greenfield data or platform implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery governance skills.
- Experience managing Organizational Change Management for enterprise programs.
Educations – Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Syndigo or similar MDM certification preferred
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $93,000 to $224,000.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
