PAM is now seeking to hire a Janitor/Light Maintenance to add to our amazing team.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Physically walk the community to remove litter and small debris from the grounds
• Cleans and prepares apartments after move-outs for new rental
• Works with maintenance team to report any issues requiring attention
• Keeps an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Daily cleaning and trash pickup on the property and common areas which include, work out areas, laundry facilities, leasing office, club house, and public restrooms
• Ensures cleanliness in work areas before, after and upon completion
• Assists office staff with any postings of notices to be put on resident doors
• Reports to supervisor regarding work status
• Monitors grounds, buildings, and work areas for cleanliness, safety, and repairs that need to be addressed
• Follows company policies and procedures for all applicable federal and state laws
• Promotes quality living experience for all current and future tenants expressed through excellent customer service skills
• Participates in company provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention.
• May be requested from supervisors to perform other tasks from time to time

The ideal candidate would possess the following characteristics:

• Painting
• Sheetrock
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Reliable, Self-motivated, Honest, Detail-oriented
• Service-oriented
• Ability to follow directions and work as a team
• Grounds/landscaping experience preferred but not required
• Spanish speaking
