Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding.
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
- Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Represent Capitol City Produce at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings and new hire documentation, including DOT files.
- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and department goals.
- Maintain confidentiality while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
