- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates.

Store Operations
- Oversee all daily operations and ensure operational compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and conduct regular safety training and meetings.
- Respond to equipment or system malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility across all departments.
- Manage inventory and vendor relationships to ensure adequate supplies and cost control.
- Monitor fuel operations and inventory (if applicable).
- Review timecards daily to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Control operational costs including chemicals, utilities, and labor.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including safety logs, inventory, and incident reports.
- Minimize losses due to theft, vehicle damage, or other preventable incidents.
Financial & Administrative Accountability
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding profitability targets.
- Review and manage budgets and P&L statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks per Car Spa policies and procedures.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategic actions.
Work Environment
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must navigate around moving vehicles safely and maintain situational awareness at all times.
- Regular physical activity including bending, reaching, stooping, and stepping in/out of vehicles.
- Required to wear protective gear including safety goggles, gloves, bump cap, etc., as per safety guidelines.
