We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic outpatient rehabilitation team. This role provides the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine patients’ functional status and treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with clinic and payer requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain compliance with state practice laws, professional standards, and clinic policies.
- Utilize strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to guide treatment decisions.
- Manage caseloads efficiently using effective time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and active state Physical Therapy license.
- Preferred: Two years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics or related settings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
