Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Homecare Hospice team, providing exceptional, patient-centered care throughout the Charlotte and Mecklenburg County area. Based out of our Huntersville, NC office, this role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering comfort, dignity, and support during every stage of their hospice journey. If you're passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of others, we'd love to have you join our team.
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Full-time, salaried position
- Mileage reimbursement
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver hospice and palliative care to patients in their homes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and follow individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on care processes and symptom management
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Registered Nurse Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN strongly preferred)
- Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN license
- Active CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)
