Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and caring LPN or RN to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with children, families, and our multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure every patient receives compassionate, age-appropriate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on nursing care to pediatric patients, addressing their unique physical and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Educate families on care techniques, treatment plans, and wellness strategies.
• Monitor patient progress, update records, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for children and their families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active nursing license in the applicable state
• New graduates are welcome – comprehensive training is provided!

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care according to the care plan
• Conduct evaluations, including monitoring medications and vital signs
• Administer prescribed medications
• Educate clients and families on home health care best practices
• Coordinate with physicians, physical therapists, and the care team
• Recommend tools or devices to enhance patient quality of life
