The Integrated Programs Administrative Assistant - Reception is the person whose responsibilities include assisting the program to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for callers, visitors, and support to staff. This individual will monitor the waiting room, alerting the Supervisor on Duty and other appropriate staff for assistance if needed. The individual is also responsible for the completion of routine support staff functions, including appointment scheduling and telehealth suite support.
